Dear all,
I'm not sure who handles this, but it has come to my attention that some of our WoW guild members have tried to register with the TDA forums, but are not getting approved. Subsequently, they don't have follow access to thing slike the child forums and more specifically the WoW section. Now, I don't know how accurate this is, but I did say that I would look into and see if something can be done. So, if there is some forum techie who could look into this I'd really appreciate it.
Much obliged,
Gont.

Could you ask them to check their IP and send me a PM with a select few? They may be caught by one of our bot-bans.

Them bot bans be weird. On my laptop, I can access the forum in Safari, but when I try in Google Chrome it says I'm banned...

That's weird. Try whatismyip.com (https://www.whatismyip.com/) or similar in both browsers, see if it changes in either?

It actually make no sense to me. They are IP bans.
You can also use http://www.moanmyip.com/ (NSFW :p )

It is still the same. I can work in chrome (said it the wrong way around last time) and when I go to tda.nu/forum in Safari I get: Sorry Aerendur, you are banned from using this forum!
Shocking and weird indeed. Can safari still be promoting some old IP (that would be funky tbh)!

Sorry Aerendur, you are banned from using this forum!
Working as intended! :P

Please check the following.
On client side: are there any extensions or tools running, that might might result one browser to use another address than the other? You know those proxy-thingies for more speed, unblocking videos etc. For example. Also clear browser cache completely and restart laptop.
On server side: have you got logs of two access attempts that were made at almost the same time? Maybe the forum uses cookies? Checks for the user agent?
