Fellow Midgardians, defanders of our proud realm.
We have faught many battles together, shared joy and fun and endured pain and sorrow but there are some hard times that we ll have to go through still, and i really hope that you my dear fellow will support me on this dark Hour.
i was trolling on FH, just to see if anything has changed since last year. i quited daoc about one year ago and i just wanted to make sure that it was for good. and then i found a post on FH stating this:

i dont know if i am sad because i see some very low skilled player succeeding, some pridless player that never had any respec for the game nor for the community, or because someone did dare to made a post to gratz him.
is the game that we all loved so much fell so low to "gratz" such player ? today is a day of pain and sorrow for me. Cry with me brothers.

Damn I had just forgot that lowlife. Curse you Hanza for reminding me of him. :wink: Guess he is having a field day along side Horner, ganking RR1 players and striking relickeeps when all others are sleeping. Well I have to learn to let go one day, might aswell be today. Lets hope it brought him pride and glory where ever he goes - but I doubt it. :)

When gimps vanished in the haze was mentioned i remembered you guys :)
Come join us on the US classic server, alot of the old TDA are playing there along side guys from FOM.
We play midgaard, and i think i can speak for the most of uis when i say it would be great to have you back, if only for a few play nigths a month..

Need to get myself some better voice chat equipment and tidy up my place, and I'm in.
Seems the weatherponderers are predicting indoors-type of weather in the near future, too, so it's highly justifiable! =D
Downloading the installer now, guess I'll be in-game sometime after 16:00 CET this Wednesday (that's when my week-end starts! ;D ).

hehe , classic servers are ector/lamorak/gareth cluster , can pick any one , but i recommend lamorak , most of ppl from that and theyll be easier to pm/invite etc.
my toons are called quadfather/echion/coppi (-e for my toons as im a ectorite), will be on one of em for invite and stuffs 8)

today is the day i deleted DAoC from my computer...:( i feel really wierd about it. eventhaugh i haven t play for a year :(

Good m8 you dont need the european version anyways, just start downloading the us version and come join us, and we can make alot of new ss :)
We have a blast at times over there, JP still sings, Dub still yells form time to time, Vi still eats ib`s and the rest of us keep getting lost in the frontiers.
Hope you come and join us soon m8, we even found another frenchie to join us over there..

i prefer when he is grumpy thaugh :)
i m afraid i m just gonna give a go to AoC and only if that not satisfy me i ll eventually get back to daoc us... but that sounds really not like the best option.
hope you will get to try AoC at some point thaugh, i really miss playing with you guys ;)

So far I have seen nothing to prove there will be a mezz spell in AoC, but I could be wrong. Root - yes, Mezz - probably not.
There will be healers yes. From what I have gathered, 1 pure healer class with mostly healing/buffing/holy dam (Priest), 1 thanish healer - healer/tank/caster (Tempest) and one shammy with 2h weapons and medium armor - tank/healer (Bear Shaman).
