Title: NS/RS/INF build
Post by: TenzorDK on 11 April, 2011, 01:30:21 PM
from http://forums.riftgame.com/showthread.php?160629-Could-I-get-feedback-on-this-Sin-BD-inf-PvP-spec

I've tested alot of builds in PvP and so far as a melee rogue i have had to most success with NB(44)/RS(22)Inf(0) or NB(38)/RS(28)Inf(0).

With this setup i gained TONS of utility, mobility, survivability and damage (both ranged and melee).

Mobility:
- Shadow Shift
- Shadow Stalk (last resort gap-closer, mainly used to break stuns or roots)
- Shadow Blitz
- Shadow Warp
- Shadow Assault
- 30% movement speed on Phasing

Utility:
- Stealth
- Lost Hope
- Dark Containment
- Rift Prison
- Fell Blades healing reduction

Defensive tools:
- Twilight Shelter
- 15% damage reduction on phasing
- Twilight Transcendance
- Blackout or/and Planar Refuge

Offensive Tools
- Ebon Fury
- Dusk to Dawn
- 15% crit on phasing
- 15% damage on phasing
- Scourge of Darkness

If i'm in trouble i can usually have the same effect getting away using Shadow Shift + Shadow Warp and re-stealthing as i would with Slip Away. In most cases.

I've yet to have any trouble with the limited stealth, as i've played this for a long time i'm very much used to it and how to manage it.

Switching between Guardian and Stalker Phase depending to give your healer that extra valuable seconds, in addition to the tons of defensive tools you already have.

Then again, its all up to personal preference, i'm enjoying this build the most of all the ones i've tested and i've had huge success playing this in either world pvp or warfronts.
