The start of Aion is closing in. Would be fun to have as many old and new people joining us in this game. Here are the dates for the game start:
Preselection - friday the 18th september (this friday 8pm GMT). Preselection is only for those who pre-ordered the game (still possible btw). Pre-selection is only the chance to login to the character creation screens and design your characters looks, class and save their names for release.
Headstart - sunday the 20th sept (this sunday). Head start is only for those people who pre-ordered the game. Headstart is the chance for you to login to the real game 5 days ahead of everybody else. This way you avoid the big rush of people at the official release date (making sure you wont get problems with server population caps), you get to make your guild before most login and you get to explore the game 5 days before everyone else does.
Official release - friday the 25th sept (next friday). The official release is when all get to enter the game for the first time, no matter if you pre-ordered, brought it in the shops or on the net, or if you have the Collectors Addition.
We made a section on the forum for those of us that are joining the game. You can read much more here about the game and where TDA will go (server and realm). See you in game or on Ventrilo on one of the above dates. :)
