...what's so great about wow? all I hear about wow is how unbalanced it is (loladins, druids, warriors, rogues), and how dull an rvr system there is, etc... But for some reason there seems to be a magnetic power sucking poor defenseless souls in...

it looks like just another "fetch me a bucket"-game to me.

yeah, well, the graphics' colors are kinda true to the worldcraft genre (yes, this game is actually based upon previous games - and that's not just WC3; there was a 1 and 2 back in the early days)

If you want to speak about unbalanced, speak about daoc casters.
WoW is much more balanced than DAoC ever has been, but yes, the PvP part is quite crappy, to put it nicely.

Now I wont even consider to play the game :-) unballanced casters or not I can still beat the hell out of some of them, so im happy with daoc..

if you are happy paying for insta 10sec freeze/lag anytime you meet an alb then it s fine

wow can be laggy as well tho, but doesn t seem to be as bad as it is in daoc

The lag can be a killer yes but I dont get it that often its only a couple of nights and havent felt any lag the last 15 times I have been online.. only my own comp that reboots from time to time but that a heat issiue or when I run around with 150+ ppl on a master level but again most of the times its my own comp that just cant handle so much info at one time.. (dual loggin)

So im happy with Daoc and wont change unless dungeon and dragons turns out to be a great game or guild wars 2 maybe :-)

Hum, yea.. D&D Online is in my scope too, hoping to try it out soon... been signed on for beta for at least half a year now... starting to think they've forgot about it...

And GW2? Sounds like... Mind-blowing graphics... Will they make female Rangers as sexy? *drool*

Speaking of... been a while since I logged her in. Guess I'll be playing GW this weekend, then =)

GW1 also has astonishing graphics .. but what a poor game !!

 and they dare to call it MMORPG it s nothing but a diablo 3 to me

 nvm .. i m afraid AD&D online wont be as sweet as promissed:

 1) there will be no monk

 2) haven t read anything about pvp .. only instance crap

 but it looks nice at last

 i d rather stay back and wait for warhammer online

Im not sure im that much into warhammer unless they make it like the board game :-)

never played guild wars one and have heard it from both sides.. I think they will learn from their mistakes.. atleast hope they gonnar continue with the buy the game and play all you like for free.. i like that then i wouldnt feel obligated to play the game as much as possible (my wife words not mine)

Dont really matter to me if D&D will have RvR though it would be über cool.. otherwise the game will quickly be boring to me..
