- Personal Questions (Please describe yourself):What is your previous experience with MMORPGs?
Chance is, if you know any MMORPGs - I played it. My first "serious" game was DAoC, where I played in a pre-made team for nearly 4 years. We were one of the better team on our server Lyonesse. I also played EvE Online with a couple of friends (we were pirates, small scale PvP). WoW .. I wonīt mention much about it, raids and stuff.
What are your goals in this game?
I would like to have fun. It is a game after all. I have fun playing WvW with an organized team. I like to optimize things, develop new strategies and be competitive. I also like to troll around, so expect me to drink sometimes while playing
Funnily, I get better while drinking.
Why do you want to join our guild?
I played with XxX for 4 months and we all know that XxX held itīs ground very well. I was one of their core guardians. There were many great moments and there were many not so great moments. One month ago I got hit by the "lag monster". My game was totaly unplayable, so I just quit the guild, because the guild leader does not keep inactive players in the guild. XxX recently switchted servers and I didnīt want to re-join the guild at this point, so I am looking for a new home. I played with TDA 2 times, although you wouldnīt remember me, because I lagged half the time. My friend Speller pointed me towards you guys and I value his oppinion.
What would you expect of the guild?
I expect a funny, mature and competitive bunch of people enjoying the game. I do hope you donīt take the game WAY too seriosly, because I have a job and I donīt need a second one
From what Iīve heard, the general attitude in the guild is very healthy and you stick together. I am also looking for a community for the future. Perhaps we can play future games together as well?
Have you been in a guild before and if so, why do you prefer us?
I am ex-JUDGE and ex-XxX. I wonīt go in into details of why I quit those guilds (which are full of cool people), but I realy look forward to a bunch of people willing to accept me as a strong player and (sometimes) crazy guy.
Do you know anyone from our guild that can vouch for you?
Canīt tell, if anyone knows me. TDA was pointed out to me by Speller and I have seen you guys around, while running with XxX. Rest I know from forums, while behaving like a true banana. Do I need to color my armor as a banana too?
I do know Lin (Garen), who applied to TDA recently.
What are your normal playtimes?
I mentioned my job (IT consultant working on client projects). I would like to play 2-3 nights a week, which is random depending on my current situation. Running 4-5-6 nights a week with XxX was way too much for me.
