SB's have been ignored since patch 1.62.

Strange that for such an overpowered class as the sb back in the day, the first rr10 sb was if i remember correctly Salamujarra (sp) and he wasn't rr10 to way after the nerf. Where as Remi was RR10 a couple of patches after 1.62 and he was an infil. The infils whined but yet they could still compete. A NS however was utterly crap in those days.

SB's need to be made on par with NS/Infils, but assassins in general and archers need to be put back on par with the rest of the classes.

Whenever I played my bro's rm in old emain and you saw Deathspam of a ns/infil killing casters you would become much more wary and a little cautious. Nowadays if your a caster and see a deathspam from an ns/infil/sb you run to the area as they are so easy to kill.

Assassins are no longer feared by their most common prey, infact the roles have been reversed. There are far too many anti stealth measures in game, PN's SL, Vamps self SL, Brittle guards giving casters another 1k-2k hits.

The only thing an assassin/archer can do these days is fighteach other. And this is where the sb's are weakest.

I just want the stealther game balanced sb's infils and ns's made on par. I also want assassins to have a greater threat/impact upon RvR. Other classes I couldn't really care less about as DAOC for me is about my sb/hunter.

Yeah I completely agree. Its foolish that as ns I have to put up a poison spike to try and get rid off nasty brittles and such, just to have a shot at a caster. Something I should be killing easily.

As a ranger I have less trouble with brittles, i just sniper them away from behind a tree (if you hit the brittle, not the caster, then they cannot /face).

And then just shoot two or three times with normal bowshot, then switch to rapid fire to finish them off.

But even though the ranger kills easier, I like my ns better. Gonna make a real template for puz now that Im rich on prydwen. But havent decided yet on the blades vs pierce etc.

Blades for a ns is really the way to get the most advantage out of remedy.

Batler/malice slash dmg on mid vulnerable leather and alb neutral without the issue of being debuffed (post RR5 ofc). It's the only way i would ever spec as a hib stealther.

Hib stealth is so easy mode, mid stealth is nightmare diffuculty!

Cant say much about the sb side, except that Dub says he does fine against the other assassins with his current spec. So its quite possible, just requires more finetuning perhaps.

in the stealthgame the only real thing I disliked was remedy and melee RANGErs with IP.

Only albstealther I had trouble with was mincers.. but then again I really wasn't all that good at playing with my spec (I sucked at getting the evadechain off.. can really only remember twice when I got it working right..)

my main beef is the casters with 4 brittleguards and MoC+LT+ charmed pets ML9ed

Well, the test itself is doable, yet really knowing every in and out even after you complete the test is whats hard to achieve!

I know many people that leave the examining center here with their little paper in the pocket, yet with far too little knowledge to really deliver work on the level they should actually be able to with such a paper.

true, but you can only learn so much in an "artificial environment" (small labs with 10 routers tops and five switches) and limited access due to other people also needing time.

at least with CNAP passed as well the company hiring can be sure that the person has actually touched and configured equipment before.

I still think that the % needed to pass each CNAP course is too low (50%) when you get 10% for free from the chapter tests.

yes nayna i do fine versus enemy assasins if i find em solo , i just had to give up any cs at all to do that whereas they dont ^^ , balanced is nowhere near , hibs is disturbingly easy mode.
