3class combo for one char and can have up to 4 specs with out having to respc all the time.. Also has pvp class and abilities i believe... It does however have a subscription fee - same as DaoC.

Through quests it is possible to obtain all classes to be used in the combos - that is why one can have 4 specs easy at hand.

Crafting like wow
Skills like all different kind of games

FYI it it not clear when GW2 will be out :/
