I accidently fucked up the great forum adoc had up and running.. and I couldn't find a way to restore it where it was..

so here the same forum is .. in a new location.

it's not ideal .. but it works.

failed upgrade.. and phpBB failed at putting back the backup of the database .. giving weird errors
