Change of plans. We (read: my wife) want to go to Aalborg 1st and unload my daughters stuff. We have to pay her room in August anyway as I learned yesterday. Re-arranging everything atm. I'll contact you when I know, when we will be near your place.

*sigh* /em hates those short-term changes

Sorry about not getting back to you Jor. I completely forgot. My post above still aplies. If the weather is nice you could grab a canal/harbour tour from Nyhavn and see the city from there.

In regards to accomodation i really don't know. Never checked in to a hotel in copenhagen. :) But as long as you're staying on one of either Østerbro, vesterbro, Nørrebro, Christianshavn,  frederiksberg  or cph K.  you can get around fairly easy either with bus or metro. Taxis are rather expensive.

Hey Fizzle! ;)
np mate - accomodation is sorted, we stay at the Airport Zleep hotel. Most of the other hotels had no rooms left or were too expensive.

I am not really happy with the Location, but it's just 4 days and we'll use it just to grab some sleep, so mjeh. Breakfast is expensive there with 12EUR and they don't offer gluten free stuff, which is important for my wife. So I am looking for a nice place to have a good (and cheaper) breakfast outside of the Hotel.

We'll manage ;)

24 raw in pilestræde does Glutenfree brunch according to their website. I dont know the place. It's in center of town. Not sure how long it will take you guys to get there from the hotel. You should have a metro station fairly close.

Their brunch is 129 kr. Which is rather standard in Cph. It's an expensive city. Apaarently you need to call them the day before for glutenfe´ree brunch.

http://rawrustic.dk/ Should have glutenfree sandwiches and some other stuff. it's faily cheap

Hehe, yes, I noticed that last year already. Just buying "normal" stuff in the supermarket is comparable to Germany. Also Diesel Prices are not that different for example. Go to a decent looking Restaurant or try to book a Hotel room - this is where Denmark is really expensive.

Thanks for the recommendations - I'll probably surprise my wife with that ;)

Not a recommendation per se, as i've never been there. Just thought i'd help finding some gluten free cafés. Proved harder than i thought, but i've never had problems with gluten so not really my field of expertise. :)

Yeah and I really appreciate your advice! We'll carry some of her stuff with us anyway - just in case. Everything will be fine.
